This HH325 is one of Cobra’s Professional Series Handheld VHF radios. This radio comes with all the accessories you would typically end up buying separately. It’s packaged with a spring loaded belt clip, lanyard, both AC and DC chargers, a rechargeable battery and a docking stand/charging cradle with charging contacts built-in.

The built in 10 NOAA Channels and NOAA weather alert will give you 24-hour access to local weather and All-Hazards Emergency information.The large backlit LCD, dedicated buttons and unlimited memory channels make this unit very easy to use. Unlimited memory channels and Memory Scan allow you to manually step through or automatically scan the pre-saved memory channel bank. Additionally the MR-HH325-VP allows the programming of unlimited channels for easy retrieval or scanning, and lets you scan either all channels, or just channels programmed in memory to find conversations in progress.

The MR-HH325-VP Marine radio uses an adjustable one-, three- or five-watt output for short- and long-range communication. This unit also provides instant access to all 10 NOAA weather channels for 24-hour coverage of hazard and weather information, and includes alerts with an audible tone and visual alarm to notify you if threatening weather is nearby. As an added safety feature, the MR-HH325-VP provides instant access to channels 16 and 9 for emergency situations, and has a Tri-Watch function that monitors three channels at once, those being channel 16 and two user-selected channels.

This Cobra radio features illuminated function keys, and an illuminated, large LCD display that allows high visibility at a glance even at night. This unit also features an external microphone/speaker jack for hip or body-worn operation, a signal meter that shows the strength of the receiving and transmitting signal, a selectable key-tone beep that can be turned off for silent use, and a button/key lock that locks functions to eliminate accidental settings changes.

The MR-HH325-VP battery that provides from 11 to 18.5 hours of stand-by time with no memory effect, and includes a desktop charger that allows drop-in charging, with adapters for both home and vehicle use. Constructed to be submersible for up to 30 minutes in up to one meter of water, the Cobra MR-HH325-VP Marine VHF Radio meets JIS7 standards, this Cobra radio is truly marine capable.
