Standard Horizon HX400 Commercial Grade IPX8 VHF Radio w/ Scrambler
The Standard Horizon HX480 5 Watt VHF commercial grade radio ads extra privacy with its built in scramble. This radio comes pre programmed standard with all US, Canadian, and international marine channels, and has up to 40 programmable channels in the VHF range (134-174 MHz).

Additionally, this radio is fully water submersible with an IPX7 rating meaning it can withstand being under water for 30 minutes in up to 1 meter of water.
