1. Access the rebate registration by entering Program offer code PRO-23130.
2. Please print and mail your online printed rebate form.
3. Send a copy of the invoice from your Authorized Kenwood Dealer or Distributor dated
between 09/02/13 and 12/31/13 that details your purchased radios.
4 Include Original UPC Bar Code Labels for each radio purchased.
5. Rebate claim information must be postmarked on or before January 8, 2014.

1. Eligible radios listed above must be sold, delivered and invoiced to the Business End User during the promotion period (Sept. 2, through Dec. 31, 2013).
2. Minimum 6 units of the same Radio with maximum 60 radio rebates allowed per Business End User/Company. Rebate models listed are subject to availability.
3. NO rebate will be paid on radios delivered before or after the promotion period, regardless of invoice date.
4. All invoices must show all radio original sale prices and must not be altered in any way.
5. Leased/rented radios are not eligible for this rebate program.
6. A rebate check and qualifying Multi-Chargers will be mailed to the Business End User company within 10 weeks from submission of rebate qualification. Rebate check and Multi-Charger will be delivered at different times.
7. Please mail a completed claim confirmation form with rebate ID claim number and copy of the Business End Users receipt, Original UPC Bar Code Label for each radio purchased must be postmarked on or before January 8, 2014. Model and claim information must be registered on-line using program offer number: PRO-23130.
