2. Please print and mail your online printed rebate form.
3. Send a copy of the invoice from your Authorized Kenwood Dealer or Distributor dated between 05/01/13 and 07/31/13 that details your purchased radios.
4. Include Original UPC Bar Code Labels for each radio purchased.
5. Rebate claim information must be postmarked on or before August 6, 2013.
$30 rebate per radio with purchase of six (6) radios for a maximum of sixty (60) radios:
1. Eligible radios listed above must be sold, delivered and invoiced to the Business End User during the promotion period (May, 1, through July. 31, 2013).
2. Minimum 6 units of the same Radio with maximum 60 radio rebates allowed per Business End User/Company. Rebate models listed are subject to availability.
3. NO rebate will be paid on radios delivered before or after the promotion period, regardless of invoice date.
4. All invoices must show all radio original sale prices and must not be altered in any way.

6. A rebate check will be mailed to the Business End User company within 10 weeks from submission of rebate qualification.
7.
