TERMS & CONDITIONS HIGHLIGHTS

1. Eligible radios listed above must be sold, delivered and invoiced to the Business End User during the promotion period (Sept. 3rd through Dec. 31st, 2012).
2. Minimum 6 units at one time of the same Radio with maximum 60 radio rebates allowed per Business End User/Company. Rebate models listed are subject to availability.
3. NO rebate will be paid or multi-chargers shipped on radios delivered before or after the promotion period, regardless of invoice date.
4. All invoices must show all radio original sale prices and must not be altered in any way.
5. Leased/rented radios are not eligible for this rebate program.
6. A rebate Check and qualifying Multi-chargers will be mailed to the end user within 10 weeks from submission of rebate qualification. Note that receipt of rebate check and multi-charger will not
arrive at the same time.
7. A printed, on-line rebate form with rebate claim ID number, copy of the End Users receipt or packaging slip, Original UPC Bar Code Label for each radio purchased must be postmarked on or
